Why Miniter

Miniter Group’s broker channel has become the fastest growing sales channel for Miniter Group.  We are strategically committed to our broker channel and have invested in its growth and success.

We have a proven track record of leveraging your banking industry relationships to generate additional revenue to your organization.   The Miniter Group's sales team are experts at dealing with lenders regarding transfer of their portfolios' collateral risk.  From needs discovery through final product implementation,  Miniter will lead your sales cycle to ensure a positive, cost effective solution for your lender clients.

The Banking Industry

The banking industry collects deposits from consumers and businesses and then invests this money in the form of loans to these same consumers and businesses. They generate revenue from the net interest margin (NIM) that exists between the interest paid for deposits and the interest collected on loans.

The bank assumes credit risk when they make a loan that is secured by collateral.  Imbedded in this credit risk is a subset of collateral risk that must be managed to insure that the securing collateral retains its value.  Miniter Group's sole purpose is to assist these lenders in efficiently transferring this collateral risk to a commercial insurance policy.
